I'm grateful for you reading this post.
So, the last couple days I have to admit my panties have been in a wee bit of a ruffled bunch, and I found myself souring up my face at the littlest things. We won’t focus on those things right now, as I don’t want to go back into my puckered up lemon moments.
However, while I was busy having my little temper tantrums, I paused for a moment and thought “Wow, Shannon Lee you’re certainly choosing to really stay in a crappy space. What would you tell a client to do when they get into this little black hole of negative thinking?” I laughed and thought “I’d tell them to tell everyone to F#$! off who was judging them for their creations, and to audit themselves and say F*#($ it. Who cares what others think.”
Okay, okay, so that’s the inner “tough girl” talking, but she does have a point some days. We spend so much time worrying about what others think about our own creations, but the truth is if you are creating something from your heart that gives you joy….seriously F#$*) it to what the others say! Enough said.
Now, when I find myself in this inner grumble slump, one of my favorite ways of moving into a closer state of joy is to start to create a gratitude list. For did you know, that when you move into a space of gratitude the Universe gives you even more things to be thankful for. Yeah baby! So, right now I am committing to create a gratitude list of my top 50 things I am thankful for.

What RJ said!
You are so absolutely right about the blessings of gratitude. I even set up an entirely blog for my list – although, sadlly, I don’t update it as often as I should. Y’know, I think I’ll go add to it right now. Thanks for the inspiration.

Isn’t hot water the bestest thing eva’ !
I am thankful for these fun posts with such warm enthusiasm and humor !
What I am most thankful for ( besides being able to do what I love ) is living in the Presidio. This San Fran park really does kick ass AND I live five minutes from the beach with the most beautious view of the golden gate bridge.
I needed this today
and it will be one of the things I can say I am grateful for. Thanks, Shannon!
